    • 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
    • 1 cup water
    • 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
    • 1 chicken (4 to 5 pounds), cut up
    • 1 cup barbecue sauce
    • 1/2 cup sweet tea

    It’ll take about 15-20 minutes for prep time and about 1 hour for the dish to cook. To begin, preheat your oven to 350o. Use a roasting pan, shallow preferably, and add apple juice mixed with water. Using this mixture, you can add seasoning, including paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.

    It’ll create your seasoning blend that you’ll rub over the chicken for that juicy taste. When done, place the chicken in the roasting pan and put it in the oven. Bake the chicken until the temperature goes 170o. It’ll take an hour, and you’ll see juices running clear.

    Next, you’ll take the chicken out and place it over a greased grill rack on medium heat for 3-4 minutes/ side. Don’t forget to brush the chicken with the remaining sauce you made earlier. Once done, serve it with sauces of your desire and enjoy!

    Grilled Marinated Ribeyes

    • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
    • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons steak sauce
    • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
    • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning
    • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 4 beef ribeye steaks (8 ounces each)

    To begin, take a resealable plastic bag for mixing the ingredients. This’ll include the sauces, oil, red wine, and seasoning ingredients. Once done, add your steak to the bag. Refrigerate for 4 hours or leave overnight.

    Next, discard margination by draining the bag and begin grilling. Turn the grill to medium heat so that it doesn’t burn the meat. You can adjust the temperature according to your preferences whether you want medium rare or well done.

    Grill each side of the meat for 5-7 minutes, and check if it’s done according to your desired result. To get better results with the sauce margination, you can go for leaner cuts. Otherwise, your usual cuts will work out just fine too.

    Barbecued Picnic Chicken

    If you’re looking for a juicy BBQ recipe, then look no further. This sweet homemade recipe is easy to make and you’ll definitely love every bite of the finished food. Plus, it’s an exciting choice that you can even make on picnics or for family dinners now and then. So, let’s check it out:

    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 2 teaspoons butter
    • 1 cup ketchup
    • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup chili sauce
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon celery seed
    • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
    • 2 broiler/fryer chickens (3-1/2 to 4 pounds each), cut up

    Although the best practice is to marinate the chicken overnight for a flavor-rich taste, you can also begin on the day of the occasion. To begin with, sauté garlic in butter using a large saucepan. Make sure it’s tender enough so that you can add the ingredients and mix them easily for that garlic taste.

    Next, ensure that you’re stirring it so that it doesn’t burn the sauce. Bring it to a boil and then set it aside to move on to grilling. To begin with, grease the grill rack, and begin grilling the chicken for 30 minutes.

    • 1 beef flank steak (1-1/2 pounds)

    Make sure your flanked steak is prepared and sliced well. In addition, it should be marinated with a little acid (vinegar or lemon juice). This will help tenderize it, making cutting easier. Although you don’t really need to marinate it enough, it will add good flavor as well as make the meat tender enough to cut easily.

    With a large shallow bowl, combine the ingredients, including soy sauce, garlic, etc., and add the steak to it. Next, coat cover, and refrigerate it for 6-8 hours. Better to prepare and leave overnight.

    Next, discard and drain the margination and begin broiling. Keep 4-6 in. distance from the grill. Keep doing it until it reaches the desired doneness. Also, spend only 8-10 minutes so that a side doesn’t get overburned.
